  • 1 young coconut cut off the dom
  • 12 large prawns
  • 1 teaspoon stock powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • As required Sugar/Chicken Stock
  • 1-2 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, add the juice of the young coconut and a few of the coconut. Add one tsp stock powder (optional) and convey it to a boil. Once it boils, keep the warmth on high and add all the prawns. Cook for regarding 3-4 minutes till the prawns
