  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add the pork belly and cook until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Stir to combine.
  • STEP 4.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the pork is tender.
