Ingredients for Tofu Rice Recipe

  • 1 No.s firm tofu pack
  • 1 cup cooked grain rice
  • 1/4 tablespoon korean frying mix
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon green onion
  • 1.50 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions: Tofu Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Cut the tofu in half. Make triangular pieces. Sprinkle some salt.  after 5 minutes coat the tofu in korean mix.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Now heat a pan and fry for 5 minutes on medium. Fry both the sides.

step 3

  • STEP 3.2. Add soy sauce, water, green onion,  garlic, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix in a bowl.

step 4

  • STEP 4.3. Season the cooked rice with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Now stuff the rice in a tofu by making a pocket in the center. The stuffed tofus are done then add the sauce prepared and serve fresh.
