Ingredients for Tilgud chikki Recipe

  • As required One cup til
  • 1/10 tablespoon roasted peanut roughly ground
  • As required One pinch of salt
  • As required Tablespoon pure ghee
  • As required One teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/10 tablespoon pistachio long cut

Directions: Tilgud Chikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 roast til on medium flame till golden brown when it cool down make powder out of it
  • STEP 2.2 take a pen keep on the gas add to teaspoon pure ghee in that and chikki gud keep on stirring.
  • STEP 3.3 when bubbling start of above mixture take a drop and keep in cold water if it becomes hard ball means our chasni is ready for chikki
  • STEP 4.4 and till powder salt peanut powder nutmeg powder and little pistature in that and mix well
  • STEP 5.5 Grease the plate or tray with ghee and pour above mixture in that and tap immediately with the help of plate or bowl on top add remaining pistachio and tap again when it become little cool make a shape of chikki when it cool down completely separate the chicks.
  • STEP 6.6 our delicious crunchi tasty healthy chickys are ready to eat enjoy.
