Ingredients for Til Roll Recipe

  • 125 gm White sesame
  • 50.25 gm milk maid / khoya
  • 37.50 gm Pistachios (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 12.50 g Ghee
  • 3/4 g Now put ghee in a pan
  • a few Keep a few heaps in the fridge

Directions: Til Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.sesame roll
  • STEP 2.material....
  • STEP 3.500gm.....White Sesame
  • STEP 4.200gm..... milk maid / khoya
  • STEP 5.150gm......Pistachios (finely chopped)
  • STEP 6.2tsp.....green cardamom powder
  • STEP 7.50gm .... Ghee
  • STEP 8.Veedhi....
  • STEP 9.1. Roast white sesame seeds in an open vessel on low flame.
  • STEP 10.2. When it cools down, put it in a mixer grinder and grind it
  • STEP 11.3. Now put ghee in a pan, mix ground sesame seeds and milk maid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. When it cools down, flatten it with the help of a roti shaped roller.
  • STEP 12.4 Now add chopped pistachios and cardamom powder and spread it all over and roll it.
  • STEP 13.5. Keep a few heaps in the fridge
  • STEP 14.6. Make small rolls and serve
