STEP 2.In a pan take sugar nd make caramel of it without adding water at low flame
STEP 3.After sugar gets caramelised add sesame seeds, cardommom powder n mix it well.
STEP 4.Grease rolling pin.
STEP 5.Take small portion of mixture of sugar n sesame on kitchen platform.
STEP 6.Roll it fast so it comes out thin.
STEP 7.Same way make all the Papdi.
STEP 8.You can also decorate it with some chopped dryfruits like almonds n pistachios.
STEP 9.While rolling Papdi keep some chopped dryfruits on it but it's optional..
