Ingredients for Til papdi Recipe

  • 83.33 Gram Til
  • 0.33 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.67 Tsp hee
  • 66.67 Gram Sugar

Directions: Til Papdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast sesame for two to three minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan take sugar nd make caramel of it without adding water at low flame
  • STEP 3.After sugar gets caramelised add sesame seeds, cardommom powder n mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Grease rolling pin.
  • STEP 5.Take small portion of mixture of sugar n sesame on kitchen platform.
  • STEP 6.Roll it fast so it comes out thin.
  • STEP 7.Same way make all the Papdi.
  • STEP 8.You can also decorate it with some chopped dryfruits like almonds n pistachios.
  • STEP 9.While rolling Papdi keep some chopped dryfruits on it but it's optional..
