Ingredients for Til Mawa Roll Recipe

  • 0.08 cup roasted white sesame seed powder
  • 0.08 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.08 cup unsweetened khoya
  • 1/25 cup desiccated coconut
  • 0.08 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.08 tsp cardamom powder

Directions: Til Mawa Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take mawa in a pan and roast it on low heat, then add powdered sugar and mix well. Once the sugar dissolves, add sesame seed powder and mix well and keep stirring for a while. When the mixture leaves the pan, turn off the gas, add desiccated coconut, ghee and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Take a sheet of plastic or butter paper and spread the prepared sesame seed mixture on it and make a roll from it. Cut it into 1/2 inch pieces and serve.
