Til k laddo or Sesame ladoos are traditional Indian sweet balls made with sesame seeds, jaggery powder and cardamom powder. These sweet balls not only taste delicious with a nutty aroma but are rich in iron and calcium.
STEP 1.1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till it becomes golden brown. Let it cool, put in mixer jar and grind coarsely.
STEP 2.2. Add Mawa to the same pan, saute for 2-3 minutes. Add ghee, and saute till mawa turns golden brown.
STEP 3.3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add ground sesame seeds, powdered sugar, chopped pistachios, chopped cashews, chopped almonds, cardamom powder and mix well.
STEP 4.4. Divide the mixture into equal medium sized portions and roll them into laddoos and press them into peda's while the mixture is warm. Roll them into roasted sesame seeds and decorate with Almonds, cashews and chopped pistachios.
STEP 5.5. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
