It's very famous in Maharashtra in all house at the time of Sankranti everybody makes Tilgud poli it's very delicious crispy. We can store it for a 15 days.
STEP 1.1 first take wheat flour add half pinch salt in that then 1 to 2 teaspoon oil mix well and water and make smooth dough out of that.
STEP 2.2 roast til till golden brown make a powder, add besan and peanut powder in that then powder gud and nutmeg powder mix well add pinch of salt in this and again mix well.our filling is ready for poli
STEP 3.3 make small balls out of wheat flour dough
STEP 4.Make a puri fill til mixture in Puri and close it carefully again role this Puri slightly and slowly to make poli
STEP 5.4 keep PAN on gas after that put poli and roast slowly from both side and pure ghee
and keep side it is slightly crispy and delicious one.
6 our delicious pasty crispy gud poli is ready to eat it is served with pure ghee.
