  • 0.13 Large sweet onion chopped
  • 1/4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 pound Ground beef lean
  • 1.88 ounce Kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1.88 ounce Chili pinto beans regular pinto beans can be used instead
  • 1.88 ounce Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 3 ounce Your favorite spaghetti sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 0.38 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 0.13 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 0.13 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt or to taste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Granulated garlic
  • 0.13 teaspoon Granulated onion
  • can Optional cayenne can be added for extra heat, use with caution. be careful in adding cayenne if you decide to kick it up a notch as a little goes a long way
  • 1/4 tablespoon Brown sugar optional
