Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, boil water and add the soaked rice. Cook until the rice is fully cooked.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat jaggery and coconut milk. Simmer until the jaggery melts.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked rice to the jaggery-coconut milk mixture. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with roasted coconut flakes and serve hot or chilled.
