STEP 1.All the chili sticks have to be broken, peel the garlic, now put oil in a pan, then put the chili and garlic in the pan and fry it for 2 minutes
STEP 2..Now put garlic and chilli in a jar or in a bowl, add salt and crush it, keep a little gap, now again put 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan and fry thecha.
STEP 3.Now thecha is ready, serve it with any dish, you can take it anywhere for the test, like this, it can be kept for 3 days and can also be stored in the fridge.
