  • 1/2 tablespoon tahini sesame seed paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/4 juice + zest from lemon use only half of the zest
  • 1/2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • As required salt + pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.06 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Tuscan kale roughly torn
  • 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 0.06 head purple cabbage shredded
  • 0.13 cup fresh parsley + cilantro roughly chopped
  • As required hemp seeds + chia seeds for topping
  • 1/2 red grapefruits segmented
  • 1/2 ripe but firm avocados sliced or chopped
  • 0.13 cup raw pine nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • As required Salt
