  • 0.06 cup fresh orange or grapefruit juice
  • 0.03 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 0.03 cup olive oil
  • 0.03 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.13 jalapeno seeded if desired + finely chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 0.38 ripe plantains cut into wedges
  • 1/4 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1/4-0.38 cup steamed white or brown rice
  • 0.19 cup cooked black beans
  • 0.06 a ripe pineapple cut into triangles
  • 0.13 avocado mashed with salt + lime juice
  • As required fresh orange wedges + cilantro + tortilla chips for serving
