  • 125 gram Lamb Or Chicken, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1.25 Ces Of Bread
  • as needed Fresh Herbs For Garnish

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
