  • 0.17 large red pepper diced
  • 0.17 large yellow pepper diced
  • 0.17 cup brussels sprouts thinly sliced/shredded
  • 0.33 celery stalks diced
  • 0.17 tablespoon garlic minced or grated
  • 0.17 onion diced
  • 0.17 ounce large can diced tomatoes 14, I like to use fire roasted
  • 0.17 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 0.17 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 0.17 tablespoon dried basil
  • 0.17 tablespoon creole seasoning rounded
  • 0.17 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.17-0.33 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.17 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 0.17 teaspoon salt + a more if needed
  • 1.33 cup turkey or chicken broth two 1 quart cartons
  • 1/4 pound andouille sausage sliced + halved again into half circles
  • 1/4 cup 2 leftover shredded turkey
  • 0.08 cup leftover gravy optional
  • 0.08 cup leftover cranberry sauce optional
  • As required leftover mashed potatoes or rice for serving
