I love thanksgiving and sometimes i think its just so i can enjoy the leftovers Here are some of my favorite recipes for using up your leftover turkey and stuffing.
Ingredients for Turkey Pot Pie And Turkey Croquettes Recipe
1/5 cup Chopped turkey meat
0.30 Carrots peeled and sliced
0.30 Stalks of celery cleaned and sliced
1/10 Small onion diced
0.30 Small potatoes diced skin
0.80 ounce Mushrooms sliced
0.40 ounce Peas optional
0.15 stick Butter
1/10 cup Flour
0.30-0.40 cup Turkey or chicken stock
1/10 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
As required Salt and pepper to taste
As required Gluten free or regular premade pie crust or make your own
0.30 cup Leftover stuffing regular or gluten free
1/5 cup Chopped turkey
As required Leftover gravy as needed to make moist
As required Flour for dusting
As required Olive oil for saute
