  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 2.Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer until it thickens and reduces to half its original quantity.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar, saffron strands, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, black pepper, and rose water to the milk. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for a few hours.
