Thandai Phirni Tart#BSK Recipe

Recipe By Madhumita Saha

Phirni is creamy milk based sweet dish popular in North Indian cuisine. Thandai phirni is an interesting twist on the traditional phirni recipe with the addition of homemade thandai powder. Traditionally serve phirni in matkas or earthan bowl.I served phirni in tart shell.
