Directions: Thandai Chocolates Recipe
STEP 1.Melt white cho chocolate, boilcream mix thandai powder or syrup what ever u have into cream
STEP 2.Make dry fruit powder with roasted almonds,kaju pista, mix boiled cream,thandai,nut powder and nut powder mix mix well all together,
STEP 3.Make shells with melted white chocolate by pouring into chocolate mould and fill the thandai cream mixture into chocolate shells close with red coloured,green coloured chocolate
STEP 4.Keep in fridge for 20 minits take out and demould the chocolates apply gold colour on top of the chocolates keep in air tight box upto 1 week
STEP 5.In fride u can store upto one month
STEP 6.Thandai can be replaced with kesar pista mix
STEP 7.Make the chocolates to keep in boxes without wrapping to long last the gold colour
STEP 8.U can replace t colours with ur choice
STEP 9.Dont make these with dark chocolates
STEP 10.These chocolates go well with white chocolate only
STEP 11.U can replace white chocolate with milk chocolae
