Ingredients for Thalipattu Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Rice flour
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped curry leaves
  • 0.67 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • as required Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Curd
  • 0.67 cups Cooked rice
  • 0.17 tbsp Chopped Green chillies

Directions: Thalipattu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mash the rice well.
  • STEP 2.Add all other ingredients .
  • STEP 3.Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add water if required to make soft buttery dough.
  • STEP 5.Rest for 10 min.
  • STEP 6.Grease a tawa well.
  • STEP 7.Take handful of dough.
  • STEP 8.Tap it thinly on tawa.
  • STEP 9.Wet your fingers in between to prevent dough sticking to hands.
  • STEP 10.Make a hole in the centre with finger tip.
  • STEP 11.Pour oil allover.
  • STEP 12.Cook this on med. flame till cooked & crisp.
  • STEP 13.Serve hot.
