Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, green chilies, and mint leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated meat and cook until it is tender and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pot, cook the basmati rice with whole spices until it is 70% cooked.
  • STEP 5.Layer the cooked meat and rice in a biryani pot, and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and the flavors are well infused.
  • STEP 6.Serve Thala Ajith Biryani hot with raita or salan.
