  • 3/4 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

  • 0.19 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1.50 Spring onions/scallions roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Kaffir lime leaves dried or fresh
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled
  • 3/4 centimeter Piece ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 Salmon fillets skin removed
  • 1/4 cup Packed coriander/cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Brioche rolls toasted
  • 1/4 cup Mixed salad leaves
  • 1/2 Strips from peeled carrots use a vegetable peeler to make the strips
  • 0.13 Strips from cucumber use a vegetable peeler to make the strips
