Ingredients for Thai Pomelo Crab Salad Avocados Recipe

  • 1/4 piece Pomelo large segmented and pulled apart to small
  • 1/4 Shallots peeled and chopped finely
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled and chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Crab meat gluten free imitation crab or steamed fresh crab picked over for shells
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut oil melted or olive oil if you prefer
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice you can also use limes but i only had lemons on hand
  • 1/4 can Thai chili finely chopped i used a thai chili but you use any kind you wish or none at all if you like it mild
  • As required Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2-3/4 Avocados whole
