  • 2.50 ounce 1 small head of lettuce, chopped bag of washed salad greens
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Shredded cabbage, about 1/4 of a head
  • 1/2 Carrots, peeled and cut into ribbons with the vegetable peeler
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
