  • 1/10 Red chilli roughly chopped
  • 1/10 stalk Lemongrass outer leaves removed and inner white stalk chopped roughly
  • 1/5 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1/10 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1/20 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/20 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.30 Spring onions/scallions roughly chopped
  • 1/5 Cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/5 centimeter Piece ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/5 Salmon fillets bones and skin removed
  • 1/20 cup Packed fresh coriander/cilantro
  • 1/5 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 0.30 tablespoon Vegetable oil not as bad as it sounds most of the oil will be left in the pan, as the fish cakes don't really absorb it
  • 1/2 teaspoon Caster sugar
  • 1/10 Juice lime
  • 1/10 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1/10 Red chilli chopped finely
  • 1/5 Medium carrots
  • 1/10 Cucumber
  • 1/10 Lime cut into wedges
