  • As required Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1.50 red chillies
  • 1/2 inch galangal, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 stalk Lemongrass
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice + zest of one lime
  • 1/2 tablespoon Thai hot sauce, like Sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.13 cup Up of canola or other flavourless vegetable oil
