  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped lemongrass, fish sauce, soy sauce, and beaten eggs. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
