  • 0.06 cup Jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 3.38 ounce Coconut milk, regular or lite
  • 1/4 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sambal oelek, or asian chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chicken
  • 3/4 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch, add 1 1/2 tbsp if using lite coconut milk
  • 0.13 Juice lime
  • 0.06 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4-1 cup Baby spinach
  • As required Salt, to taste
  • As required Additional chopped cilantro
  • As required Lime wedges
