This classic thai beef salad is one of our favourite healthier dinners for two. It's packed with flavour and can be thrown together in less than half an hour
1/4 stalk Lemongrass, pale section only, finely chopped
1 Kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
125 gram Piece beef rump steak
1 Small lebanese cucumbers, cut into ribbons
625 gram Red grape tomatoes
1/4 Long red chilli, seeded, thinly sliced
0.13 cup Round mint leaves
0.13 cup Coriander leaves
0.13 cup Thai Basil Leaves
1/2 tablespoon Fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon Lime juice
1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar or palm sugar
