Ingredients for Tender coconut chicken soup Recipe
1/2 Cup Tender coconut pulp
1/2 Cup Tender coconut watet
1/2 Cup Chicken
1/4 Cup Carrot
1/4 Cup French beans
1/2 Cup Cauliflower
1/4 Cup Onion
1 Tsp Garlic
0.13 Tsp Rosemerry(dry)
1 Tsp Greenchilli
1 Tsp coriander steam paste
0.13 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger paste
1/2 Cup Chicken stock water
1 Tsp Coriander leaves
0.13 Tsp Chilli flakes
0.13 Tsp Parsley
As Required Salt as per taste
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tsp Butter
1/4 Cup green peas
Directions: Tender Coconut Chicken Soup Recipe
STEP 1.At first,add butter and vegetables in pan and saute them for some minutes.
STEP 2.Add garlic-ginger-chilli-coriander steam paste,chilli powder and mix it.
STEP 3.Then,add chicken pieces in it and saute it for 5 min.
STEP 4.Add chicken stock in pan and started boiling.
STEP 5.Next,add tender water in it and continue boiling.
STEP 6.Then,add dry herbs in it and mix up.
STEP 7.Lastly add slices of tender plup in the same pan and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.add more butter in it.
STEP 8.Boiled all of them and prepared a hot tasty soup for our family...
