Ingredients for Tender Coconut and Water Melon Shake Recipe
166.67 g water melon
0.33 Cups Coconut - finely shredded ( cup)
0.67 Tsp Lemon juice
0.33 Tsp Black salt
A Pinch Black pepper
A Few Mint leaves
1.33 Tbsp Sugar
Directions: Tender Coconut And Water Melon Shake Recipe
STEP 1.1. Blend the Chopped Coconut in a Mixer Grinder.
2. Add Sugar, Lemon juice, Black pepper, Black salt and water melon in another jar and blend them Together. ( Water melon Seeds are optional...you may keep them or remove them prior to blending)
STEP 2.3. Do not Strain the Blended Watermelon mix or Blended Coconut because it is healthier with its pulp.
4. Now take A Serving glass and Add Chopped watermelon, Chopped Lemon, and Some Mint leaves
5. Then Pour the blended Coconut at the bottom followed by Blended Watermelon mix.
6. Garnish with some mint leaves and Decorate with round Lemon piece and a watermelon piece.
STEP 3.Serve Chilled with Ice cubes.
