STEP 1.First cook the rice in pressure cooker in high flame in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, Hing, dry roast it. Then switch off d flame. Let's cool it. Then, take d jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Keep aside. Keep aside. Masala powder ready.
STEP 3.Then soak tamarind with water 1/2 hr.
STEP 4.Then, take the cooked rice, add turmeric 2tsps, masala powder, salt mix it well. Keep aside.
STEP 5.Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger pieces, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric fry it well & saute it well. Then add tamarind juice, jaggery, boil it well. It becomes thickness. Then add turmeric & masala mixed rice, mix it well properly. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️.
