STEP 3.Recipe:
STEP 4.Clean and wash the whole koi fish.
STEP 5.Marinate the fishes with salt and turmeric for 10 minutes.
STEP 6.Heat mustard oil in a kadhai.Deep fry the whole koi fish.
STEP 7.Keep it aside
STEP 8.On the remaining oil add kalonji .Add whole Cumin seeds and dry red chilli paste.stir it for 2 minutes.
STEP 9.Add turmeric powder red chilli powder and salt.mix it well.
STEP 10.When bhe ecome soft and tender add 1/2 cup water.
STEP 11.Add fish into the kadhai and cover it.
STEP 12.Cook it on low flame for 5 minutes..Add sugar.
STEP 13.When the oil separate from masala garnished with some green chilli
STEP 14. switch off the flame .
STEP 15.Serve hot with boiled rice
