  • 11.67 gm besan suji chilli flakes garlic paste turmeric powder / curd Salt to taste potato carrot kasuri methi oil cumin seeds mustard sesame seeds

Directions: Tawa Aloo Besan Suji Mix Vegetable Handvo Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take big bowl add besan,suji garlic paste, turmeric chilli flakes powder,curd Salt mix well. Now in add half water whisk & mix no lumps rest in 10 minutes socked well Next potato grated,carrot grated & Kasuri methi mix well. Combined well half cup add water. Adjust consistency thick batter add eno 1/4 tsp mix well frothy batter Non-stick pan add oil add mustard seeds & add cumin seeds sesame. Non-stick pan add oil add mustard seeds & add cumin seeds sesame. Splutter tempering add batter cover & simmer cook 3 minutes flip over press gently slit in centre Cooked completely ready to serve with me hot
