  • 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or parsley

  • 115 gram finely sliced onions
  • 30 gram sliced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
