  • 0.17 As required wheat flour or all purpose
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Cooking oil
  • As required Curd
  • As required bakingsoda

Wonderful snack with simple steps

  • STEP 1.Take the 1/4 kg of flour in a bowl add 100 gm of powdered sugar
  • STEP 2.Then add a cup of curd and a sp of vanaspati or ghee ( optional)
  • STEP 3.Add pinch of salt and baking soda By adding water gradually make this at a semi solid dough
  • STEP 4.Heat the cooking oil in medium flame and and fry the dough into small dumplings
  • STEP 5.Add getting nice brown colour keep it aside
  • STEP 6.For making sugar syrup Add 150 gm sugar in 2 glass of water bring it to boil for 5 mins No consistency needed
  • STEP 7.Then pour the sugar syrup into the fried dumplings and serves hot
  • STEP 8.Now juicy and crispy sugar filled milk buns are ready
  • STEP 9.Just taste this with your kith and kin
  • STEP 10.ENJOY EVERY TASTE
