  • 1.20 ounce Small yukon gold potatoes, or other small yellow flesh potatoes
  • 0.40 ounce Uncooked bacon, cut into 1/2" wide matchsticks
  • 1/10 Onion, peeled and diced
  • 1/5 Garlic cloves, peeled and sliced thin
  • As required Salt, to taste
  • 0.30 tablespoon Creme fraiche
  • 0.40 ounce Brie, or other semi soft, soft rind cheese, sliced into 1/2 thick slices
  • 1/20 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
