Ingredients for TANGY KERALA (BITTER GOURD) CHIPS Recipe

  • 250 gm Kerala ( bitter gourd )
  • 1/2 tsp + ½ Salt
  • As required ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • As required ¼ tsp Chaat masala
  • As required ⅛ tsp Black salt
  • As required ⅛ tsp Black pepper
  • As required ½ tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Tangy Kerala (bitter Gourd) Chips Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel kerala, cut into thin slices ( if their seeds are hard remove them).
  • STEP 2.Sprinkle salt on it and keep for ½ an hour.
  • STEP 3.After ½ an hour squeeze excess water out of it.
  • STEP 4.Arrange kerala chips in air fryer dish sprinkle salt on it and air fryer @ 170 degree centigrade for 7-10 minutes, if they not crispy then keep it for another 3-5 minutes more and in between check it, if done then remove for air fryer and take out on the plate. Let them cool down.
  • STEP 5.Now sprinkle red chili, chaat masala, black salt, black pepper on it. Lastly for a tangy taste squeeze lemon on it.
  • STEP 6.Sevre this bitter, spicy and tangy KERALA CHIPS with plain mayonnaise or thousand island dressing. I’m sure you all going to love it!1
