  • STEP 1.Dry roast groundnuts until they turn golden brown and remove the skin.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.

  • STEP 4.Add tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 5.Add the roasted groundnuts and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
