2.50 nos green chillies
8.33 grams Tamarind
0.83 tablespoons Sesame or coconut oil
0.08 teaspoon methiseeds
0.33 nos Jagerry powder table spoons
0.08 teaspoon Asafoetida
0.08 teaspoon turmeric powder
As required salt to taste
0.08 teaspoon mustard seeds
0.33 teaspoons Urad dal
0.33 teaspoons Chana dal
Directions: Tangy Green Chilli ( Puli Milagaai) Recipe
STEP 1.Soak tamarind in hot water and take 200 ml of juice.
Finely chop the green chillies.
Heat the kadai with oil and do the seasoning with mustard and dals.
Add the chillies and fry for two minutes.
Add asafoetida, turmeric powder and stir.
Pour in the tamarind juice.
Add required salt.
Wait till it thickens.
Roast Fenugreek to brown in a pan and powder it.
Add it and jaggery finally and switch off.
