Ingredients for Tango Mango Pachadi Recipe

  • 2 Raw mango
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
  • 1/4 glass Water
  • 3 tablespoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Jaggery

Directions: Tango Mango Pachadi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel off raw mango and grate it

  • STEP 2.1.add oil and heat it.

  • STEP 3.2.then add mustard,cumin,curry leaves,red chilli and green chilli

step 6

  • STEP 4.3.add asafoetida powder, turmeric powder and saute well on medium flame.

  • STEP 5.4.add grated raw mango and saute for a min.

step 8

  • STEP 6.5.now add salt and mix well for 2 mins.

step 9

  • STEP 7.6.then add water and cook for 3 mins on medium flame.

step 10

  • STEP 8.7.add jaggery and cook for 2 mins.
