Ingredients for Tandoori Potato Recipe

  • 3.75 Pieces Baby potato
  • 25 g Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Dhania powder
  • A Pinch aram masala powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp inger garlic paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Refined oil
  • 1/2 Pinches kasuri methi

Directions: Tandoori Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil and peel the potatoes and set aside
  • STEP 2.Mix all ingredients except butter and oil and marinate the potatoes in this mixture for 10minutes
  • STEP 3.Heat oil and butter in a pan and shallow fry the marinated potatoes. Spicy tandoori potato is ready
