I like this dish very much.
Normally we have to make thus dish in Tandoor.But today I made in Microwave because I don't have Tandoor.The taste is lajawab.

STEP 1.Peel the skin of potato and cut little both sides, then from the peeler make hole in potato.
STEP 2.Then put in water.
STEP 3.Now take a vessel and put water, add haldi and salt keep it in the stove and blanch the potato.
STEP 4.Now take out the potato and keep aside for cooling.
STEP 5.Now take pan and put ghee then put finely chopped garlic,green chilli,ginger,and fry for some time then add finely chopped carrot, finely chopped red,yellow, green bell pepper saute it then add all masala haldi,dhania, jeera,garam masala powder mix nicely then add chopped kaju,Kasoori methi,salt mix well fry little then add paneer fry it then switch off the flame then lastly add cheese and kismis mix well and transfer into a bowl.
STEP 6.Now fry the peeled skin of potato till crispy.
STEP 7.Now add the fried crispy potato peel to the stuffing, mix well add dhania patha.
STEP 8.Now make a slurry of corn flour, maida with the help of water.
STEP 9.Keep white til in the plate.
STEP 10.Now take potato and dip in the slurry and roll in the til and fry in the hot oil in the medium flame.
STEP 11.Fry all potato and keep aside.
STEP 12.After cooling stuf the stuffing in the potato tightly (giving the pressure)
Now keep in the microwave for 30 seconds
