  • 62.50 gram Mushrooms
  • 0.13 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Remove the stems and keep the caps aside.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Add the mushroom caps to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated mushroom caps on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  • STEP 5.Bake the mushrooms for about 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked and slightly charred.
  • STEP 6.Serve the tandoori mushrooms hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.

  • You can also cook the tandoori mushrooms on a grill or stovetop using a grill pan.
