  • STEP 1.First, in a bowl, grate the boiled eggs with a fork/grater. Now mix it well with onion and green chillies, chilli powder, salt, chilli flakes, tandoori mayonnaise. Now apply butter on one slice of bread, and place the egg mixture on another slice. Then cover the slice with egg mixture with the buttered slice and press it a little with your hands . Heat tawa, with little butter/oil, place the sandwich and fry both sides on medium heat. when it becomes crispy, take it down, cut it into triangles and serve it hot.
