  • 0.13 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tandoori Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Add the mushrooms to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • STEP 5.Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers.
