Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 3.Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss until they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Place the marinated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
