STEP 1.Boil flowerlets in water with salt n haldi. It should be half cooked.
STEP 2.Drain water.
STEP 3.Mix all marinated ingredients. Add flowerlets
STEP 4.Marinate properly. Give smoke flavour from coal. Keep for 15-30 min
Grill the cauliflower. Or in tandoor or gas.
Keep aside
STEP 5.Chop 1onion, heat oil in kadai add n saute till translucent, add 3tomatoes garlic ginger cashew, melon seeds, elaichi, cinnamon saute till tomatoes are soft add water and cook for some time.
STEP 6.Let it cool n then grind to paste. Before grinding remove cinnamon stick.
STEP 7.Heat oil in kadai/ pan add oil, then add finely chopped onion, green chilli, saute till translucent, add onion tomato paste, saute till oil separates.
STEP 8.Add red chilli powder, tandoori masala, salt.
Cook for another 5 mins. Add water according to the consistency.
Add grilled cauliflower mix.
Garnish with cream n coriander leaves
STEP 9.Serve with tandoori roti n Basmati Jeera Rice
