STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl take 20 florets of Cauliflower/gobi and 1 tsp of salt.
STEP 2.Pour 3 cups of hot water and rest for 5 minutes to blanch.
STEP 3.Drain the water and keep aside.
STEP 4.In a bowl take ½ cup of curd, 1 tsp of chili powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of kasuri methi crushed, ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp gram flour.
STEP 5.Combine the spices well.
STEP 6.Add blanched Cauliflower/gobi and 1 tsp of oil. Mix everything well coating uniformly.
STEP 7.Refrigerate the marination for 30 minutes..
STEP 8.Now heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and add the marinated gobi.
STEP 9.Roast for 5 minutes until they turn golden brown. You can also cook in tandoor or oven.
STEP 10.Take the skewer and slide in roasted gobi.
STEP 11.To get the tandoori flavour, roast directly on the flame brushing oil.
STEP 12.Enjoy tandoori gobi sprinkled with chat masala along with green chutney.
